I’m Johan, founder of Benchmark Cooling Solutions. The journey to this point in my career started with a job as a junior technician for a small air conditioning and refrigeration company in the Lowveld. As the years evolved, I developed a passion for my industry. I feel very fortunate to love what I do, where I live, and especially the people I get to meet along the way. After 10 years working in the industry, starting my own business was the inevitable next step on my journey. I’m very proud of my team and of the work we have successfully completed for our customers.
